10.11.2. The Annual Opening Plan will define the annual opening objectives according to criteria of opportunity, technological suitability, reuse potential and interest of civil society, community of reusers and business sector

10.11.3. Realization of improvements in the technological platform that supports the open data portal. Update of the different technological components. Functional improvements, data viewers, development of training content and dynamization in social networks

10.11.4. Initial predictive models and dashboards for decision support and active listening

10.11.5. Organization of annual events with the community of reusers for the dissemination and reuse of the data published in the Open Data catalog
