A key process in improving and refining open government action plans is involving civil society. To this end, the participation form was made available, giving an opinion on one or more of the Plan ' s commitments.
In addition, to encourage participation, on October 24, important civil society entities from the academic fields, business schools, opinion institutes, non-governmental organizations and foundations were invited to participate in the evaluation process of the Second Action Plan of Spain.
