State of implementation
It is an action in continuous updating. The next plan is being prepared guarantees for the period 2023-2026.
Update of the AEMPs website on summary problems https://www.aemps.gob.es/profesional-sanitario/problemas-de-suministro-de-medicamentos/ where relevant information is published, including semi-annual reports.
The actions foreseen in the plan have been implemented. See the section dedicated to the guarantee plan in the ibiannual report on the situation of supply problems in Spain in the first half of 2020.
