State of implementation

On October 3, 2019, the meeting of the Working Group on Integrated Coastal Management, of the Advisory Council on the Environment, was held, where the issue of the criteria for the occupation of the public sea-land domain to be taken into account in the reconsideration of the legal regime of coastal legislation was discussed. In this group, nationally established NGOs, trade unions and employers are represented.
