State of implementation
The "Open Mobility Dialogue" took place in the last quarter of 2020 with the aim of establishing a genuine debate with society, reflection and sharing of ideas on mobility in Spain.
At 10/29/2021, the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda was finalizing the drafting of the “final document” of the Secure, Sustainable and Connected Mobility Strategy 2030, which starts from the Discussion Paper presented in 2020 and incorporates all the knowledge generated from the dialogue with the other actors in the process of the Open Mobility Dialogue. The strategy was approved by the Council of Ministers on December 10, 2021 and the Document can be downloaded at the following link:

In addition, the conclusions of the public consultation process prior to the Preliminary draft of the Sustainable Mobility and Transport Financing Act, which is the legislative instrument of the Mobility Strategy.
