The Draft Law on the Protection of Persons Reporting on Regulatory Infringements and the Fight against Corruption, which incorporates into Spanish law Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23, 2019, known as the “Whistleblowing Directive”, was approved by the Congress of Deputies on December 22, 2022.
