State of implementation
Training is one of the main axes of the Norma project and one of the critical success factors identified.
Given that the project is essentially modular in nature, training activities have been initiated within the framework of the LEOS project, where pilot projects have already been launched with several ministries.
In this regard, prior to the start of the pilot, the participants have been provided with specific training for the use of the tool organized in one or several technical sessions that have included in any case direct practice with the tool within the scope of tests. This training has been carried out for the agencies participating in the pilot.
Training of the LEOS Application has been given to users of the Ministry of the Presidency and the Ministry of Universities.
