State of implementation

Since the beginning of the measure, a set of measures has been carried out aimed at creating a working group that, forming the innovation laboratory, would allow the development of ideas aimed at improving the process of normative elaboration. Among the measures developed, two stand out:

1. Creation of an interdisciplinary working group formed by the SGT, VSGT, Office of the Government Secretariat and SGTIC It meets weekly to identify needs, project momentum and potential challenges.
2. Development of pilots with different ministries to participate in some of the transformative measures of the project, such as the use of LEOS. In this regard, four pilots have been launched with the following Ministries: Work, Universities, Justice and the Ministry of the Presidency itself. For each of them, training has been offered to the participants, work has been done jointly to select the most appropriate standard to develop the pilot and the elaboration of the standard has begun. The development status of each of the pilots of the four participating Minsiterians is different and given that the context and regulations selected are different, it is considered to be very enriching in order to provide points of improvement and transformation of the project.

Within the framework of the laboratory, contact has been established with INAP to work together in the promotion of the LEOS project. A series of actions have been established, including the publication of the project on the INAP innovation page and the promotion of the project in the regular publication of lNAP.
