1.- Creation of the Participatory Space and reception of contributions

The Subdirectorate General of Open Government (SGGA) began to work on a first document of needs in which the demands of civil society and other experiences of interest in the autonomous area have been taken into account. A meeting was held with the General Secretariat of Digital Administration (SGAD) to analyze the requirements of the participation platform and define the link of the measure, the functionalities and phases for the development of the platform.

In parallel, a commission to ISDEFE For the design of innovation laboratories (initiative 3.4) So that one of your pilot projects can be the design of a participation platform, compatible with the transparency portal.

In recent months, the General Secretariat of Digital Administration (SGAD), together with the external development team, has been working, within the framework of the Open Development Sheet of the Transparency Portal, on the tasks of design, analysis and development of the functionalities specified in the functional requirements document. To this day, the development of the first fully functional version of the participation platform in the Transparency Portal has been completed. This version complies with all the minimum requirements that formed part of the commitment, and has been validated in the development and pre-production environments, both by the technical part (SGAD) and by the functional part Subdirectorate General of Transparency and Attention to the Citizen (SGTAC). Currently, even a second version is being worked on identifying possible areas of improvement and additional functionalities to be added to the developed platform, with the idea that, at the time of its transition to production, it can be even more complete.
