State of implementation

Objective: Publish in the PT content maps that facilitate the location and understanding of information by citizens. Note: This activity coincides with task 4 of activity 3 of project 4 of the DGGP Strategic Plan.

Current status:

In June 2022, the contract of services for the elaboration of a AGE’s content map (recruitment file 16/2021), since then the work related to this elaboration, both those related to the elaboration of a proposed Classification Table of Specific Functions of the AGE and to the analysis, exploitation and improvement of the information contained in the Administrative Information System (SIA).

Han finished the tasks of technical analysis and development of this new functionality of the Portal.

As of 30/09/2024 a new page called “Map of contents of the Transparency Portal”, within the category “More information”, has been published in the Transparency Portal of the AGE: Map of contents of the Transparency Portal - More information - Transparency Portal of the State Administration. This page facilitates the location and understanding of the information published on the Transparency Portal by citizens, including also a catalogue Complete of the contents of active advertising.

With its implementation in progress, the obligated subjects deserving of recognition will be announced in the coming months.
