State of implementation
Objective: Update the commitments of the Charter of Services of the PT to adapt them to the new demands or changes produced by the advance of time.
- Note: task 4 of activity 7 of Project 4 “New Transparency Portal” of the DGGP Strategic Plan.
Current status:
As of October 29, 2024, new indicators and commitments have been identified, and several of the existing ones have been updated. A new version of the Charter of Services is being worked on of the Transparency Portal for the period 2024-2027, which will replace the current one when it ends its validity.
On the current Charter of Services, which will end at the end of 2024, there is a report on the status of compliance with the commitments for each year of validity of the charter, which are published in the Transparency Portal.
