State of implementation

This activity has ended up having improved the information contained in the portal, facilitating monitoring by citizens.

The improvements made are listed below:

Contracts:

• The following improvements have been made:
• Information on contract modifications and withdrawal information has been included.
• By adaptation to the modification of article 8 of the LTAIBG by the Law 14/2022, the contracts of SMEs are identified, adding the field “Type of awardee: SME/Non-SME” to the filters of the contract finder.
• The filter “Type of contract” is added to collect the types of contracts defined in law 9/2017: supplies, services, works, etc.
• The work of inclusion of statistical information on the percentage of participation in contracts awarded, both in relation to their number and in relation to their value, of the category of microenterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is completed by the amendment introduced by Law 14/2022 on 19/2013. A tool is created in the backoffice of the Portal that allows to generate semiannual reports with statistics of the degree of participation of SMEs. The first information was published in January 2024 and will correspond to the second half of 2023, according to the deadlines established in the Law.
• We are working on performance improvements and optimization of the process of processing contracts to improve their performance and prevent possible synchronization and data processing errors.

Annual accounts:

• The information has been updated as of July 2023..

Real Estate:

• Improvement of the processes of loading information on real estate from the centralized databases of the Ministry of Finance and Public Function. Property data can be downloaded in Excel format for reuse. In the execution phase.

Budgetary execution:

• Updating of the linked information.

Monitoring reports:

• Usability has been improved by removing a click to access the information provided by the Court of Auditors.
