State of implementation

This activity had to be modified in its approach in view of the difficulties noted for its implementation in the terms in which it was proposed. The great diversity among the bodies guaranteeing transparency of nature, structure and functions, some of which lack even the competences of control of active advertising or evaluation, has advised to reformulate the initiative and turn it into the granting of express recognition by the CTBG to those administrations and entities that stand out for their excellent compliance with Law 19/2013, of 9 December.

With its implementation in progress, the obligated subjects deserving of recognition will be announced in the coming months.
