State of implementation

The development of this activity was pending the Proposal of Law of Open Government, Public Integrity and Fight against Corruption in the Regional Assembly of Murcia, which, on April 12, has been withdrawn.

However, the Governing Council of the Region of Murcia, on March 10, 2022, approved the "Institutional Declaration of the Government of the Region of Murcia on the Fight against Fraud and the Taking Knowledge and Ratification of the Model of the Action Plan for the Prevention, Detection and Correction of Fraud, Corruption and Conflicts of Interest of the Administration of the Autonomous Communication of the Region of Murcia in the scope of execution of the MRR-Next Generation EU funds", as a result of which, the departments and fund management entities have approved Anti-fraud Committees, which can be consulted in the Portal of Murcia. https://transparencia.carm.es/nextgeneration .
