The Ministry of Development and Tourism published in the Official Gazette of the City (BOCCE) a decree that submitted for public consultation the creation of the Regulation of Transparency, Access to Information and Good Government of the Autonomous City of Ceuta. This procedure was aimed at obtaining the opinion of the citizens and the most representative organizations that could potentially be affected. All this in accordance with Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which, in its article 133, regulates the participation of the population in the procedure of elaboration of normative provisions. The consultation, started on 7/07//2021 with a period of 20 working days for the presentation of suggestions and opinions.
