State of implementation
Made two editions of a Workshop on issues to be published by the councils through the transparency button in application of the new Instruction of 2021 (6h via zoom).
Continuous work of advice and training is carried out to people who need to handle the current tools available to the Directorate General competent in transparency for the publication of different contents of the Portal. The training plan for future tools will be made once they are implemented.
In October, the 6th edition of training for the administrative and management staff of this application was given, so it is considered finished.
The training activity for new users of the application is already organized. It is pending to determine the specific dates that will be either in June or in September. Implementation is expected to be completed within the time frame of the Fourth Plan.
