State of implementation

The initiative has been limited to the evaluability and publication of indicators relating to grants contained in the Strategic Grants Plan 2018-2020 , or the next when it is approved.

Letters were sent to all the Departments to request that they send information on the indicators they use in the impact assessment of the subsidies contained in the Strategic Grant Plan 2018-2020 of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, and were encouraged to publish them on the web.

They answered the Ministry of Energy Transition and Productive Sectors, to which a proposal was sent to improve the current indicators; and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Sports, to which no proposal for improvement was sent, since in view of the null response of the other departments, it was decided to make a specific proposal each of the departments.

To replace the individual report, a proposal of indicators has been finalized for each subsidy line of the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2018-2020. This list will be sent to each of the departments according to the subject of the grant, proposing that they adopt and publish them.
