The processing of the Decree has been completed and has already been approved and published to the BOIB as Decree 31/2023, of May 22, which establishes the administrative organization in matters of transparency and develops the exercise of the right of access to public information in the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and in its instrumental public sector (BOIB of May 25, 2023).
