The Resolution Submitting the Draft Decree to the Public Information Process was published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands (BOIB) on December 21, 2021, having been opened the period of thirty working days from the day after this Resolution was published in the BOIB.

It was also sent to consultations of all the departments and autonomous bodies of the autonomous public sector; it was sent for an official hearing to the “Citizen Obervatory for the transparency, ethics and integrity of the Balearic Islands”, to the four island councils and to the Federation of local entities of the Balearic Islands. Finally, ASEDIE was informed of the opening of the procedure
