The Autonomous Secretariat of Democratic Memory and Good Government On 11 November 2020, through the Directorate-General for Transparency and Good Governance, together with FELIB, organized an information day aimed at island councils and municipalities in the Balearic Islands, to exchange experiences and strengthen and improve the response to requests for public information.
Objectives of this Conference:
Raise awareness about the paradigm shift towards transparency that involves the right of access to public information and what it means in an organization.
Analyze the content of this right by proposing different ways to internally organize the management of the right of access in the organization, exposing the experiences of different in the Balearic Islands.
At the same time the Conference aims to make known the fInauguration of the Public Information Access Claims Commission (CRAIP) and collect contributions and proposals on criteria and actions.

From among the staff of the different municipalities and Island Councils as well as some people of the CA. As speakers, J. participated. M., a repressor of the FELIB, one of the Autonomous Community and representatives of a town hall of each of the islands.
Modality:
Although initially it would have been planned to carry out a face-to-face day on each island, finally, due to the covid-19 was carried out by zoom for all the islands from the local of the FELIB, where a small group of people from Mallorca could attend, due to limited capacity.
