State of implementation

This Activity was conditioned to the modification of the basic state legislation, reform of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, with the aim of developing its content in the Autonomous Community.

Given that no such mofification has taken place at present and taking into account that the administrative procedure, if the reform were approved, would exceed the period of validity of the Fourth Plan, the present initiative is cancelled.
