State of implementation

The content of the Transparency Portal has been redesigned so that, in a way, prior to accessing the electronic application form, the interested party obtains information on the assumptions that constitute or not requests for access to public information. Such action in the field of information and awareness of Citizens has resulted in the substantial reduction of erroneously formulated requests, which makes the amendment of the Internal Instruction on Access to Public Information unnecessary, since the amendment aimed as a fundamental objective the objective achieved with the information and awareness action carried out.
