State of implementation

On December 16, 2020, a collaboration framework agreement was signed between the Generalitat and the deputations of València, Castellón and Alicante and the Valencian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces in terms of participation, transparency and good governance.

This framework agreement has served as the basis for the elaboration of a singular agreement with the provincial deputies, the Valencian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, the Agency for Prevention and Fight against Fraud and Corruption of the Valencian Community and the University of Valencia to collaborate in matters of institutional integrity at the local level of the Valencian Community.

Its objective is to promote actions and measures of collaboration and support to advance in the construction of integrity frameworks and in the fulfillment of the obligations in the field of institutional integrity established by Law 1/2022, of 13 April, of the Generalitat, of transparency and good governance of the Valencian Community in the local administration of the Valencian Community, identifying for this purpose the levels of public integrity and the main needs of local entities in this matter. Signed on May 23, 2023.

Within the framework of this agreement, three training days have already been organized for technicians from local entities to comply with the regulations on transparency and integrity.
