State of implementation

Within the training offer for the public employed staff of the Generalitat del Valencian Institute of Public Administration (IVAP), there is a specific training area on “Institutional Integrity, Transparency and Good Governance”, in addition to a course organized by the Valencia Anti-Fraud Agency about Integrity and prevention in public procurement in the Valencian Community.

They have been made and published of training pills on compliance with the obligations regarding transparency, conflicts of interest and interest groups for senior officials of the Generalitat.

This activity is concluded, although we understand that training in this area must be continuous and must be updated. On other occasions we have already reported on the courses and training materials developed.

In the call for training actions of the Personnel Training Plan at the service of the Generalitat of 2023 two courses related to public ethics and integrity were offered.

Cod. 2532 -Public ethics, aimed at groups A1, A2, B, C1, C2 and APF, in online mode, of 20 hours.

Cod. 2533 -Policies of public integrity and prevention of risks of fraud and corruption aimed at groups A1 and A2 in face-to-face mode, of 20 hours

These two courses have continuity in 2024.
