State of implementation
Article 55, paragraph 3, of Law 1/2022, of 13 April, of the Generalitat, of Transparency and Good Governance of the Valencian Community has included the application of the principles and rules of conduct of the code of ethics or conduct to contractors, persons and entities benefiting from grants and subsidies and the other entities and persons with which the public entity in question relates. For this purpose, it will be included in the contract specifications and in the bases for the call for subsidies or aid.
In addition, within the working group created for the design of the integrity system, the elaboration of more sectoral condicta codes is foreseen
