Provided for in article 56 of Law 1/2022, of April 13, of the Generalitat, of Transparency and Good Government of the Valencian Community.
Although no express channel has been created for the formulation and resolution of queries, dilemmas or complaints about the application of codes of conduct, the Valencian Anti-Fraud Agency deals with queries in this matter, and the General Inspection of Services of the Generalitat has a complaints box.
