Title III regulates matters relating to good governance and public integrity. Article 56 establishes the Council to promote the design and implementation of an institutional integrity system as a framework for the management of integrity and the improvement of the ethical culture of the organization in the field of administration of the Generalitat. The same article sets out the elements and tools that the system should at least include.
