The protocol was drawn up between the Directorate-General for Transparency, Attention to Citizenship and Good Governance and the Directorate-General for Information and Communication Technologies, and forwarded to the transparency units and members of the technical coordination committee on transparency, after reporting on the protocol at the meeting on 14 January 2021.
