State of implementation
On December 16, 2019 it is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León (No. 240) Agreement 190/2019, of 12 December, of the Junta de Castilla y León, approving measures to improve the regulation in the autonomous legal system of Castilla y León for the period 2019 to 2023. Measure 2.D provides for the creation of the Regulatory Footprint of decrees, legislative decrees, legislative decrees and draft laws in the transparency portal.
