By Decree 2/2021, of December 20, of the President of the Junta de Castilla y León, the Cortes de Castilla y León are dissolved in advance and elections to the Cortes de Castilla y León are called, which implied the decline of the project by application of the regulation of the Cortes de Castilla y León according to the article 171 of the Rules of Procedure of the Courts of Castilla y León, which provides that once the term of office expires or the dissolution of the Courts of Castilla y León has occurred, all matters pending consideration and resolution by the Chamber shall lapse, except those of which your Permanent Deputation must be aware.
