State of implementation
The preliminary draft law is long and full of procedures in order to bring together all the necessary points of view and improve the technical quality of the text: reports from all departments, other public and private administrations and subjects interested in the content of the norm, the Civil Service Council, the Local Cooperation Council, the General Directorate of Budgets and Statistics, the Legal Services, the Economic and Social Council and, finally, the Advisory Council. All the procedures can be consulted in the Normative footprint of this initiative That has already been mentioned in previous sections.
The report of the Economic and Social Council is currently awaited.
June of 2021. The report of the Economic and Social Council was issued and the opinion of the Advisory Council was then requested.
October 2021. All the necessary formalities have been completed in the preparation of the draft law, in order to submit it for approval to the Governing Council of the Community and send it to the Courts of Castilla y León.
