Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was considered opportune to postpone these procedures, not so much because of the suspension/interruption of deadlines and terms derived from the royal decree of declaration of state of alarm, but because it was considered that the situation derived from the confinement during the month of April and the harsh restrictions existing in the subsequent weeks was not the right time for these procedures that require special conditions to guarantee a minimum and sufficient participation. For this reason, such procedures were carried out simultaneously as of June 15, 2020.
