NOTE: On the occasion of the change of Government, following the last Autonomous Elections, they considered it advisable to make changes to the text of the expanded preliminary draft, including the title of the draft. This recommended bringing it back to the joint procedure , in order to facilitate the knowledge and active participation of citizens.

Once the hearing and public information procedure was carried out, the procedures provided for in articles 51.4 and 51 bis of the Cantabrian Law 5/2018, of 22 November, have been carried out again.
