State of implementation

In relation to this activity and consequently to the successive activities of this commitment, insofar as the APL of Open Administration included in the Annual Normative Plan for the year 2024 plans to address the legislative reforms committed in the IV Plan of Open Government, while laying the foundations of a General Administration of the State whose documentary systems must be conceived in a transparent way from the design, so that the full potential of the information society and artifcial intelligence can be used to bring the public administration closer to the whole of the citizenry, this activity and the subsequent ones have not been initiated.
