State of implementation
So far, four meetings have been held of the working subgroup on the reform of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance of the Open Government Forum:
The work of the working subgroup for the reform of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance continues.
In relation to this activity whose completion date is initially foreseen in the IV Plan for the end of the first semester of 2023, This date will be reviewed by proposing its completion for the first quarter of 2024on the grounds that the formation of the Sub-Working Group on Law Reform took place on 28 January 2022 with a delay from the date foreseen in the Fourth Plan, and that the discussions of the Sub-Working Group on Law Reform are being very intensive, conscientious and laborious in order to reach consensus points for each of the proposals presented on this reform. In addition, the process by which this reform is carried out is being more expensive since it is a novel process in the field of public administrations, as it is the most characteristic dynamic used of social dialogue.
On the progress, the working subgroup for the reform of the Transparency Law has continued to hold meetings and has held 7 new sessions during this period:

On December 27, 2022, the last meeting of the working subgroup for the reform of the Transparency Law was held, completing with it the work of the subgroup.

In total they have been 15 meetings Throughout 2022, those held by the subgroup of work, leaving aside the initial that was a methodological meeting, held in online format, except one of them that has been held in person.
