IV Open Government Plan

El IV Open Government Plan 2020-2024 It was approved on October 29, 2020. Collect 10 commitments which the public administrations assume in order to strengthenonto transparency and accountability, improve participation, establish systems of ipublic safety, and form and raise awareness to citizens and public employed personnel in matters of Open Government, with the aim of Contribute to a more just, peaceful and inclusive society.

INITIATIVES INCORPORATED INTO THE OPEN GOVERNMENT OBSERVATORY

Following its approval by the Standing Committee of the Open Government Forum, on June 1, 2021, and the Working Group on Communication and Collaboration in Open Government, on June 15, 2021, the IV Open Government Plan incorporated two new initiatives to the Open Government Observatory:

• Open Government Academic Network.
• Top 3 ASEDIE

In June 2022, the State Council for the Participation of Children and Adolescents (CEPIA) was also incorporated:

EVALUATION FOR THE REVISION AND UPDATED VERSION OF THE IV PLAN COMPLETED THE SECOND YEAR OF VALIDITY

October of 2022. Once the evaluation was carried out and the information regarding the progress and areas of improvement identified was updated, the draft Evaluation Report was submitted for evaluation by the Open Government Forum, as well as public consultation open to all citizens, in order that any person or organization would have the opportunity to make their contributions.
