Requirements:
- Be an association or foundation of nature private and non-profit.
- Be enrolled in the public record Spanish of state or regional scope corresponding to its legal nature.
- Guarantee the democratic participation within and act transparently in the development of its social object, activities and accountability.
- Su social object must be related to Open Government Activities: Promotion of transparency, citizen participation, social collaboration or public integrity.
- Have developed or participated in the last 3 years at Activities or projects related to open government.
Evaluation and selection criteria:
- Territorial scope (national, regional, local) of action of the association or foundation (up to 10 points).
- Antiquity of the Association or Candidate Foundation (up to 10 points).
- Degree of connection of the social object of the candidate organization with the objectives, commitments and activities included in the IV Open Government Plan from Spain (up to 30 points).
- NNumber of activities or projects deployed in the field of open government in last 3 years (up to 50 points).
In the event of a tie, preference will be given to the organizations with the greatest territorial scope and, if a tie persists, preference will be given to those with the greatest seniority.
