State of implementation

Open participation is encouraged mainly through the SICTED Community Engagement Forum, which allows the members of the program to comment on the different actions that are being carried out. The forum has a public section accessible to people who do not belong to the SICTED called Plaza Mayor, and various private sections specific to the participation of each group (managers, advisors, trainers and companies).

In addition, surveys and debates have been used to analyze the impact of the actions carried out and define which actions would be the most interesting to carry out for the future:

• Surveys to obtain feedback on the SICTED methodology or on training needs.
• Publish, discuss and report on the methodological changes introduced in the system.
