State of implementation
During the month of March 2019, the proposal to reform the general coastal regulations was submitted to public information on the Ministry’s website. The link is no longer available due to the deadline for submission of contributions. The reform of the regulation was suspended by the call for elections and finally by Royal Decree 668/2022, of 1 August (BOE 2 August 2022), the General Coastal Regulations are amended, approved by Royal Decree 876/2014, of 10 October.
