AGREEMENT of the Council of Ministers of 30 August 2022 requesting the Permanent Commission of the Council of State to give an opinion as a matter of urgency, no later than 8 September 2022, on the Preliminary Draft Law on the Protection of Persons Reporting Infringements of Regulations and the Fight against Corruption transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting infringements of Union law.
