State of implementation
The contract for the reclassification of the reports of the State Public Procurement Advisory Board was successfully concluded.
1283 reports have been reclassified, according to a profile of standardized and significant metadata, corresponding to the years 1990 to 2012, which in this way have been incorporated into the JCCP report search engine available on the portal of the Ministry of Finance and Public Function. The recatalogation has consisted of reviewing and/or providing new metadata to such documents (a total of 8 metadata).
