State of implementation

Objective: Publish on the Portal all accepted requests for the right of access to information, classified by typology (RISP subject)

Current status:

During the years of validity of Law 19/2013, of December 9, work has been done on the anonymization of the stimatory resolutions of right of access to information in order to make available to citizens the content of these resolutions in such a way as to guarantee the anonymity of the applicant for information.

The IV Open Government Plan for the period 2020-2024 incorporates a new commitment, that is, the publication of access resolutions by typology, which requires the realization of a series of previous actions of review and cataloguing.

This review and cataloguing has already begun with the anonymized resolutions until 2021 issued by the General Directorate of Public Governance using a classification by resolution typology and by RISP typology.

As of 29/10/2024, the technical analysis tasks and the developments necessary to implement this new functionality of the Transparency Portal have been completed, and all the necessary work has been done to load the information in the storage system of the Portal. The information is published in the PRE environment and in a few days the information will be available on the Portal.
