Call for the selection of spokespersons for the Open Government Forum, representing associations, public law corporations and non-profit foundations representative of civil society
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 of Royal Decree 371/2026, of 6 May, The process is called for the selection of the fourteen vocalías that will be part of the Forum, representing associations, public law corporations and non-profit foundations representative of civil society.
After the initial assessment, it has been detected that the request of several organizations requires the correction of certain extremes or the provision of mandatory documentation. In the attached document you will be able to check the detail of the annexes affected and the specific reasons for the correction of your entity.
Deadline for correction:10 working days, applicable from the 22 June to 3 July 2026, both inclusive.
Route of presentation: It must be carried out compulsorily through the General Electronic Registration.
In accordance with Article 68 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, you are informed that, if you do not proceed with the rectification within the established period, you will be deemed to have abandoned your request, after a resolution issued in the terms provided in Article 21 of the aforementioned Law. Likewise, we remind you that this deadline is also valid to improve those non-exclusive aspects whose accreditation has been considered insufficient by the valuation committee.
