PURPOSES OF THE TREATMENT:
Processing of queries or proposals to improve the transparency portal of the General State Administration (AGE).
LEGAL BASIS:
Art. 6.1.d) of the GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. Art. 3.1.c) of Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
CATEGORIES OF INTERESTED PARTIES:
Users of the transparency portal of the (AGE).
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA:
Internet Protocol (IP) address and email address.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS:
Responsible for the contents of the portal of transparency of the (AGE).
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS:
Not foreseen.
DEADLINE FOR DELETION:
They will be kept for long enough to answer the question and for the consolidation of statistical data. Maximum time 6 months.
TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SECURITY MEASURES:
Those established for automated treatment by the State Agency of Digital Administration (SGAD), as responsible for the treatment, including the National Security Scheme, basic level.
