According to the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulations for the Development of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, users of the Transparency Portal are informed that the completion of any form or the sending of an email to any of their mailboxes implies acceptance of the privacy policy detailed here, as well as the authorization to the Ministry of the Presidency to treat the personal data contained in them, in the terms and conditions indicated here.
The data of the User will be included in a file owned by the Ministry of the Presidency, declared before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The User authorizes the Ministry of the Presidency to use the data, solely and exclusively, for the purposes provided in the procedures or actions in question.
The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time by writing to the following address:

The request must include the request made to the Ministry, the address for the purposes of notifications, the date and its signature, and the documents accrediting the request it makes, if applicable.
The Ministry of the Presidency presumes that the data have been entered by the holder or by a person authorized by the holder and that they are correct and accurate.
It is up to the user to update their own data. The Ministry of the Presidency will not be responsible for its inaccuracy if the user does not communicate the changes that may have occurred (for example, change of email address).
By simply visiting the Transparency Portal, the user does not provide any personal information or is obliged to provide it.
