Icono Gobierno Abierto Disseminate information among citizens about their rights in their relations with public administrations, publicize the mechanisms to participate and collaborate with them, as well as bring the administration closer to citizens and stimulate participation through information and training on existing mechanisms.

1. Development of teaching materials (Open Online Courses) and information (Open Government Guide), on citizen rights and participation mechanisms, open to citizens and civil society organizations.	Jun-17	DEC-17	The pedagogical resources available to INAP on Open Government are being reviewed in order to expand resources for self-learning, develop guides, tutorials and other similar products. An Online Massive Open Course (MOOC) in Open Government Education has been conducted. The Secondary School Guide 30/06/2018: The Open Government Education Guides for Primary and Baccalaureate are being edited. 09/30/2018: Edited the Open Government Education Guides for Primary and Baccalaureate. Registration is open for the 2nd edition of the INTEF Open Government Education MOOC, which will be held from October 9 to November 16.
2. Open days in public services of the different AAPP.	Apr 18	Apr -19	30/06/2018: The 7th to 11th of May 2018 took place Open Administration Week. 347 activities were programmed throughout the Spanish territory. Open Administration Week is an initiative that has brought together in the same week, between May 7 and 11, 2018, open days and other events around the same common thread, the principles of Open Government: transparency, participation, accountability and collaboration. View chronogram. 03/31/2019:: On the occasion of the convening of general elections on 5 March and in view of the limitations imposed by the Organic Law on the General Electoral System, in order to avoid misunderstandings or misunderstandings, the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service took the decision to suspend the celebration of Open Administration Week.

4. Program “Open Government in your city”, with the voluntary participation of public employees, in collaboration with the FEMP, to organize communication events on open matter and civil society organizations.	Apr 18	Apr -19	Five activities have been planned in collaboration with the FEMP, with the European Commission and with the Permanent Representation of Spain to the EU, to develop, in 5 cities, a series of debates on Open Government: Jaén. O Boat of Valdeorras (Ourense). Castellón. Logroño. Brussels: 27-28/03/2019, with the participation of members of the Permanent Commission of the Open Government Forum. 03/31/2019: The following Open Government Days have been held in your city: Brussels (27-28 March): see informative note. Jaén (March 4): see program and press release. The rest of the activities were canceled due to the suspension of the Open Administration Week 2019.
