Accompanying this Resolution, the following regulatory adaptations have been made:

• Amendment of Order HAP/1200/2012, of 5 June, on the use of the secure verification code system by the Directorate General of the Land Registry.
• Resolution of 16 November 2015, of the Directorate General of the Land Registry, approving computer applications for automated administrative action.

Around 100 resolutions on this subject have been published in the BOE.

The GML format is used in Cadastre. In Notaries and Registry it is already used in operations that include the graphic representation potestatively or compulsorily.

The Electronic Cadastre Headquarters and the internal applications of the Cadastral Information System (SIC) They are adapted to the telematic exchanges defined in the development resolutions.

09/30/2018: The applications of the General Council of Notaries are adapted to the exchange system.

The computer application of Registradores is approved by Resolution of the DGRN (Directorate General of Registries and Notaries) and is operational in the Registries.

31/10/2017: Registry and cadastral advertising already reflects the state of coordination. In the simple notes it is recorded whether or not the registered property is coordinated and the cadastral reference. In the cadastral certification it is established whether the farm is coordinated or not and the number of the Registry Code unique, if it has it. The status of coordination does not appear in the geo-portal, although registration advertising may be requested.

12/31/2017: Progress continues to be made in coordination. There are currently 101,752 coordinated farms.

College of Registrars (CORPME):

They have been spread 5 videos of a didactic nature on inscription of graphic bases through the web www.registradores.org, the institutional accounts of the Registrars and their deanship in social networks, twitter, facebook.

The quarterly newsletter GESOSIC has been published and disseminated.

It has continued with the weekly publication of the Naturareg Environmental Bulletin, with news, scientific articles and informative activities.

Official College of Engineering, Geomatics and Topography (COIGT)):

12/31/2018: This task is completed, as the dissemination and information objectives have been met.

Email addresses have been enabled by the General Directorate of the Cadastre to provide support to public fedataries through the Cadastre Management. Support has also been deployed from the General Directorate of the Cadastre from the Electronic Headquarters and the Direct Line.

12/31/2018: This task is completed, since the support of fedatarians is in place.

The General Directorate of the Cadastre has been providing support to citizens through the Direct Line, as well as through an electronic contact mailbox. In 2017, 2,116 incidents were resolved during the graphic validation process.

Also, detailed information has been published in the Internet portal of the Cadastre, on the Ministry of Finance and Public Service's YouTube channel and on its Twitter account. To this must be added the internal training actions in the field developed by the General Directorate and its Management.

The College of Registrars (CORPME) has made online training courses available to registrars and employees. The Act has been prepared and explanatory videos of the new application have been produced. The CORPME sends reports of the committee of criteria doctrinales.Se sends the periodic publication GeoSig Newsletter.

The environmental newsletter NATUREG is also being published weekly.

The CORPME Committee on Doctrinal Criteria has resolved 5 queries proposed by registrars directly to the committee due to their complexity. And more than 1463 incidents and 1499 support work orders have been resolved by the graphic database service, through online help, telephone inquiries and support mail.

In order to improve and reduce the number of incidents in a proactive way, a total of 20 seminar sessions have been given with an average per session of 30 attendees, as continuity of the ones given in the first trimestre.Hay to take into account that these seminars have been destined for registry personnel with previous notions in Graphic Bases (advanced users).

Given the importance and impact of Law 13/2015, the National Board of Government of the CORPME has decided to dispose of the Vocalía of Environmental Graphic Bases, consumers and users, giving it the entity, strength and economic endowment necessary for its correct development and operation.

31/03/2018:

• Meetings in February 2018 between the Deanship of Catalonia and Territorial Manager of the Cadastre of Catalonia.

• Participation Decanato Registradores Castilla-La Mancha in Town Planning Days on problems of application of Law 13/2015, held in the 5 provinces between 19 and 23 February.

• Meetings in March between the Deanship of Catalonia and the manager of the College of Property Managers of Barcelona-Lleida.

• 22/03/2018: informative meeting in Deanship of Western Andalusia with J.M., Jefe de Procedimientos Catastrales de la Gerencia Regional de Andalucía y M.J.P.P., Regional Manager of Cadastre.

• Held 6 seminars on qualification for registrars at the Territorial Deanship of Madrid.

30/06/2018:

Meetings and exchanges of Land Registry experiences at the national level have been held in the various territorial administrations together with the Deanship Departments. Training sessions of the Deanship of Madrid have been disseminated in streming as well as its dissemination on twitter. Training presentations have been made on the Hydraulic Public Domain and its relationship with the registry graphic base tool.

October 2018:

On 09/10/2018, the Collaboration Agreement for a better and more efficient application of Law 13/2015 between the CORPME and the COIGT is signed. In the Basque Country in July and August there have been no meetings, everything discussed with COIGT and with the deputies has been via email or telephone. In the month of September 24 and 25 a congress of GeoEuskadi and the COIGT on the law of coordination of catastro-registration took place in San Sebastián, in which there was representation of the deanship and of Registradores. In the month of October, on the 5th they met at the cadastre headquarters of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, the member of the autonomous BG. In Castile-La Mancha the vowel BBGG, provincial delegate of Toledo and registrar, meets with COIGT on October 10 at the Deanship of Toledo. It was a practical workshop of Law 13/2015. In the Deanship of Galicia, Registradores de A Coruña and its Dean meet with the management of Catastro de Galicia. In Asturias, La Rioja, Castilla y León meet in different Provincial Land Registry Offices with Registrars holding Land Registers of the Province.

12/31/2018:

1. The analysis of Complete test cycles of validation of Alternative Land Registry - Property Registry Database continues (increases the number of Registries in which it has been successfully implemented).

2. Analysis, review and implementation of the exchange files with Cadastre. State: Correct and smooth exchange of graphic information in an automated way.

06/30/2019:: It has been fully implemented in qualitative terms, since the model has been effectively, comprehensively and successfully implemented in 40 per cent of property records, but from a quantitative point of view it has yet to be deployed to the remaining 60 per cent, which is estimated to be possible before 31 December this year.
