Performed situation diagnosis on the status of files of the AGE and of CC.AA.

12/31/2017: Tests are being carried out with different AGE units for the implementation of the follow-up of dossiers and notifications with ministerial departments.

Records: Records of the main offices of 13 ministerial departments and of AEAT, DG Catastro, SEPE, FOGASA and the Data Protection Agency are currently traceable.

• For those electronic offices that are partially integrated: new procedures are being incorporated whose files can be tracked in the Citizen Folder.

• Tests are being carried out with electronic headquarters of autonomous bodies.

Notifications: New agencies continue to be incorporated.

31/03/2018: The integration of AGE agencies into both dossiers and notifications is continuing.

Records: New procedures have been introduced and can be followed up by the Ministry of Justice. On-site testing of autonomous bodies continues.

Notifications: New agencies continue to be incorporated. As of March 31, 2018, notifications from 426 AGE broadcasting units are accessed and reported.

12/31/2018:

Records: In the last quarter of 2018, the follow-up of files of the EAGGF, a body dependent on MAPAMA, was published. We continue to work with several organizations, carrying out tests and preparing for its open publication.

Notifications: Work is ongoing and new agencies from both AGE and other AA continue to be incorporated. PP. In the "More information" option there is the detail of each integration.

04/23/2019:

Records: During the first quarter of 2019, work has continued with several agencies to incorporate the follow-up of their files in Citizen Folder. The tests are very advanced and over the next few months they will be incorporated progressively.

Notifications: work continues on the incorporation of AGE units, currently there are 532 AGE broadcasting units.

06/30/2019: Both with regard to the follow-up of files and the provision of notifications, during the period of this Third Open Government Plan, the integrations with all the most representative ministries and agencies, including Cadastre, SEPE and Tax Agency, have been completed. Currently, as the most representative body pending is the General Directorate of Traffic (Ministry of the Interior), whose incorporation is expected before the end of 2019.

31/10/2017: Publication in production of the tracking of dossiers of 5 CC.AA. (Andalusia, Canary Islands, Cantabria, Catalonia and Valencia) and publication of pending notifications from the Junta de Andalucía. Tests are still being done with several CC.AA.

12/31/2017: Tests are still being carried out with several CC.AA., being very advanced with Baleares or La Rioja.

31/03/2018: The integration of CC continues. AA. :

Records: Castilla La Mancha, La Rioja, Baleares and Murcia have been incorporated.

Notifications: The C. de Madrid has been incorporated. As of March 31, there are 552 CC emitting agencies. AA. and U.S. LL. publishing in Folder its notifications facilitating access and appearance to citizens.

30/06/2018: The integration of CC continues. AA. :

Records: Work continues on the incorporation of information from CC files. AA., being very advanced the works of Extremadura and the C. of Madrid.

Notifications: There has been a significant increase in the United States in recent months. LL. that make their notifications and communications available in Citizen Folder. So the CC. AA. and EE. LL. They represent about 90% of the 4556 emitting organisms that carry it out.

10/24/2018: The integration of CC continues. AA. and EE. LL. regarding notifications. Currently, more than 5,600 CC issuing agencies are published in the Citizen’s Folder. AA. and U.S. LL.

12/31/2018: In the last quarter of the year, the follow-up of files of the CA of Madrid and Extremadura has been published. It continues to work on the incorporation of the rest of CC. AA. As for notifications the work is continuous, currently they publish notifications in Citizen Folder a little more than 6000 CC emitting agencies. AA. and EE. LL.

04/23/2019: In the first quarter of 2019, work continues with the CCAA and EELL to facilitate the tracking of CC cases and access to their notifications. Thus, Folder is being prepared in order to incorporate the tracking of files of the EE.LL. As for notifications, the work is continuous; currently there are about 6,100 agencies that issue CC.AA and EE.LL.

06/30/2019: During the period of this III Open Government Plan, technical work has been completed to allow the consultation of the status of files with CC. AA. Based on these works, 10 CC. AA. They have been integrated into the Citizens’ File. Additionally, the 5 CC. AA. that do not have their own point of notifications have been integrated via the Notify system in Citizen Folder. For the rest, the work is being oriented in the provision of their notifications through the single Qualified Electronic Address, which will be concretized in the future Regulation that develops laws 39 and 40/2015.

With regard to Local Entities, the designs and developments that allow interoperability with Local Entities have been completed, and it is pending the progressive accession of Local Entities to the Citizen Folder of the State Administration for the provision of the status of files in it. In addition, more than 5,000 local entities are users of the Notify system, which allows the provision of notifications in Citizen Folder.

31/10/2017: Release of CCAA Large Family and Disability Certificates.

12/31/2017: Testing is under way for the download of cadastre certificates.

31/03/2018: Published the option to download "the certification of all urban properties of a holder" and the option to download "the cadastral certification of a specific property".

30/06/2018: Work continues on the publication of new data.

10/24/2018: Work continues on the publication of new data. This week, the publication of vehicle ITV data has been authorized. So you will start working on them.

03/31/2019: During the first quarter of 2019, work has been carried out on the publication of vehicle ITV data in the Citizen Folder. It is awaiting deployment in productive environments.

06/30/2019: During the period of the Third Open Government Plan, much progress has been made in achieving the objectives of this task by making available a relevant set of data on citizens, such as: university and non-university degrees (M. Education), cadastral data (Cadastre), unemployment data (SEPE), some data of family situations (large family, disability), data of the Padrón, or data of the ITV of the General Directorate of Traffic. In the month of July, progress will continue with the ITV data of the DGT, the INAP certificates of attendance at courses as trainer and student and the INAP certificates as attendance at competitions and certificate of notes of selective processes.

31/10/2017: In the process of analysing the functionalities and characteristics of the Business Portfolio.

06/30/2019: Regarding the relationship between companies and the Citizen Folder, the download of notifications has been identified as the primary functionality. In this way, work is being done on the development of web services (LEMA) for automated access to the consultation and appearance of notifications. However, priority is being given to services aimed at the citizen, so the full development of this activity should be valued in the future.
