The design and implementation of a Digital laboratory of innovation to promote participation in public policies, is carried out as part of an order to ISDEFE, the Ministry of Defense’s own media, signed on October 29, 2021. The order is based on the “Design Thinking” methodology, for the creation of a space of ideation, design, experimentation and knowledge in which public entities can innovate in collaboration with key actors of policies, projects and services.
The development of the model takes place through the constitution of a Community of Practice of Participation, composed of representatives of the three public administrations, in addition to the academic field, the Third Sector Platform and non-profit associations and foundations.
