The General Directorate of Public Governance of the Ministry of Finance and Public Function convenes a participatory process on the Integrity System of the General State Administration (SIAGE). This is a commitment made in the IV Open Government Plan of Spain to build a system of public integrity.

The SIAGE is published for comments and observations.

Two surveys have been conducted and the fixation of samples has been determined by systematic stratified sampling. One aimed at public employees and the other at senior officials to obtain an opinion on the content of the SIAGE.

The survey of public employeess was sent by the DGGP on January 19, 2023 to the SSRRHH of the ministerial departments.

The survey for high office Se sent by the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Government to the Cabinet Directors of Ministers for departmental distribution on 20 January.
